You'll receive three keys: a gray key fob for the main entrance and lift, a larger key for the apartment door (turn counterclockwise to open), and a smaller key that locks your private room door.

The apartment has air conditioning, plus your own Dyson fan in the room for extra airflow whenever you want it.

• No smoking inside the apartment or on the balconies.
• Only registered guests — no unlisted visitors.

You have full access to the outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ, including deck chairs and seating. Ask us if you'd like a beach towel.

Use your key fob for building and lift access, and make sure doors close behind you. Your room has its own lock, and the ensuite bathroom's outer door has a latch you can push down for extra privacy.

Your room comes with a modern Dyson fan for airflow on demand, a kettle with coffee and tea, your own fridge, a desk with a proper office chair, and a cassette blockout blind so you can sleep in even with the sun up.

Cooking isn't included in this stay, but you're welcome to the filtered cold water dispenser, cups, and utensils in the kitchen.

Please note that use of the kitchen is not included with your booking. However, if you need glasses, plates, cutlery, or anything similar, we’re more than happy to help, just let us know.

You’re also very welcome to use the filtered water from the main fridge during your stay.

The washing machine is just outside your room, opposite the door — an LG TwinWash, with a full-size washer up top and a small pedestal washer built into the base for quick, small loads.

• Use the lower TwinWash pedestal to wash small loads faster.
• Use the top washer for normal-sized loads.
• Turn the machine on from the switch in the top right corner.
• Use the round control panel to choose which washer (top or bottom), then pick your program.
• Detergent is dispensed automatically — no need to add your own.

You're welcome to use the dryer too — choose a 45–60 minute cycle and clean the lint filter after. An iron and ironing board are available, and there's a drying rack on the balcony if you'd rather air-dry. Staying longer? Just ask if you need fresh linen or towels.
