Guest Guide
Keys & Access
You'll receive two keys: a gray key fob for the main entrance and lift, and a larger key for the apartment door — turn it counterclockwise to open.
Air Conditioning & Comfort
The air conditioner is in the living area. It cools the apartment well, but for the bedrooms to cool down effectively, keep the doors open slightly.
House Rules
- No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs anywhere inside the apartment, on the balcony, by the pool, or in any common area of the building.
- No parties or events — please keep noise considerate of the neighbours.
- Only guests included in the booking may stay at or use the apartment.
- No pets.
Breaking these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
Pool, Jacuzzi & BBQ
You have full access to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, including the deck chairs and seating.
Safety & Security
Use your key fob for building and lift access, and make sure doors close behind you.
Kitchen & Dining
Using the kitchen: you're welcome to the kettle, toaster, LG inverter microwave, Phillips air fryer, oven, and the Franke induction cooktop — turn it on at the white spot. Ask us for a quick rundown if you haven't used an induction cooktop before; if you want to use the oven the conventional way, the induction plate needs to come out first.
There's an espresso machine too — just use pods from Aldi, other brands won't fit.
The large Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer is all yours, with a filtered water dispenser and a built-in ice maker.
Leave dirty dishes in the sink and we'll put them away, or load the dishwasher yourself. Avoid metal utensils on the Teflon cookware.
The smoke detectors are very sensitive — when cooking anything smoky or steamy, pull the rangehood fully open and crack the balcony door for ventilation.
Laundry
Use the Quick 30 cycle for a fast wash, or Cotton Quick for something more thorough. Two detergent capsules are provided — place one directly in the drum. Prefer liquid detergent? Use the left drawer slot (marked II); fabric softener goes in the middle slot. If you use the dryer, clean the lint filter between loads.
Parking
One reserved space in the secure underground car park is included with this apartment.
Visitors: there are two visitor spaces on the ground level of the car park — the last two bays on the south side of the building. They're first-come, first-served, so have a back-up in mind on a busy day.
Free street parking is also available outside the building, and paid parking is a short walk away at Broadwater Parklands.

Getting Around
G:linkThe G:link tram connects Southport, Surfers Paradise, and Broadbeach. Tap your credit or debit card on boarding and off on exit, or pick up a Go Card at any station. Fares are currently 50 cents per journey.
